The: Accessing The (Land) (Archive) *Order Docket is an A0 print of an Order Form from the National Archive. The form itself is a document needed when at the archives to gain access to files and other documents which the state has archived over time. The Order Docket print aims to highlight the states ability to dampen access to history through the means of bureaucratic paperwork. Similarly to how gates operate on private property, paperwork is used as a barrier to access. This print questions the state’s power systems in place and asks the questions; who has the right to access information, and why should we be asking for permission?
